This gorgeous small apartment minimalist interior design is located in the center of Munich Germany. The project was completed in 2008 – design by the talented architect Lavina Ritter. This apartment is a great representation how two different flats can be joined together and converted into a bigger place. After the conversion the total living area of the new apartment is 108 square meters. It is situated in a six-storey house, which was built late back in 1958 in a very peaceful neighborhood just a five-minute-walk away from the city’s center. The small apartment minimalist interior design solution was taken upon the idea of obtaining the maximum layout of the living area.
The walls of the two flats were removed in order to achieve the results of this space – saving, small apartment minimalist interior design idea. Of course, some additional walls were necessary as well. The interior of the two flats was completely modified. However, it was important that during those reconstructions the character and architecture of the building remained untouched. The estimated price of the building, with the new small apartment minimalist interior design and the furniture is 150, 000 EUR.
The small apartment minimalist interior design had to be synchronized with the owners’ lifestyle. That’s why it includes so many shelves. There are storage spaces in almost every room. Some of the features in this small apartment minimalist interior design are individually designed like the kitchen, the bathroom and some of the furniture pieces.
Small apartment kitchen design
Basically, this small apartment minimalist interior design joined together a two bedroom flat with a studio. It is a very conventional modern idea. The project needed special architectural, artistic and reconstructive skills, and obviously the team did a wonderful job. This small apartment minimalist interior design is the perfect combination of style, individuality, and artistry.
