Faux brick walls can be installed using different materials. You can opt for wallpapers, brick tiles or faux brick panels. Faux brick panels are actually a thin layer of real bricks. They are installed very quickly and are an ideal DIY project. Faux bricks are also made of synthetic materials or plastic and quite successfully imitate real bricks and are a much cheaper version. Plastic faux bricks would be perfect for a backsplash, for example.

The modern interior design often features a faux brick wall because such a wall creates a feeling of comfort and makes the room appear warmer. The advantage of a faux wall is that even if the construction plan of the building does not feature a real brick wall, you can make one by yourself and at the same time save money and additional burden on the foundations. You can use brick veneer as an accent wall, on a part of the wall, niche or as a fireplace surround.
