Brisbane-based studio Donovan Hill came up with a great idea again. This project can be described as coming to something from nothing or as change the old into a completely new the things. The point is that the designers from the studio turned an old wool store into a creative and modern luxury apartment design. This old and new in the same time building is situated Teneriffe, an inner city suburb in Brisbane, Australia.

The modern luxury apartment interior design by Donovan Hill has its own steps and phases while it has become what it is now. At first, the building was entirely restored – the ceiling and the floor were delicately polished, the windows have been replaced with wider ones, the decoration was changed also – from public to a private one – and mostly the adequate home living place furniture entered the place – the wool, finally, was replaced with real leather and silk.

The only thing that could be a sentimental memory of the old wool shop is the wooden part in the lobby of the nowadays luxury apartment interior design by Donovan Hill. The old store is now a gorgeous and spacious kitchen with the modern kitchen box, the elegant chandelier next to the sink and the bright and shining floor. The living room is redesigned with some artistic and eccentric wall decoration motives and the dining room style is futuristic and a little bit odd even.

Though, it was visited many times, the building has its completely new look – a look of a fantastic and modern luxury apartment interior design idea for VIP people. The smell of wool is replaced with the smell of the finest wood, the best aroma therapy candles in the lobby and the smell of money – because this great studio is really expensive now – after its completely upside down restoration and redecoration.
