The idea is to turn an old building into a place with modern architecture for carrying out various activities, including corporate meetings, firm presentations and document archiving. Since 1926, storks had been the only inhabitants of the building. The surrounding landscape has spacious valleys and a large web of lakes is a wonderful place, enchanting with its spaciousness and natural beauty. However, the buildings there, which hadn’t been used for a prolonged time, had started to fall apart. The company has chosen the place for those reasons and renewed it with the latest modernistic ideas. Since the storks had been the only inhabitants remaining there, the company decided to use a stork’s nest as its corporate symbol. Everything there is based on this symbol, including all the objects in the residence. Everything valuable has been kept, the buildings, which had been found useless, were torn down and replaced by new ones. The residence consists of a large garden, where the reception for visitors is located, a hotel, a restaurant, a conference hall, a swimming-pool, a bowling hall, as well as a luxurious house and garden for VIP visitors. There is also a separate house for pets.
