Luxury  Black Sea Property In Bulgaria Paradise Club

When thinking about property in Bulgaria, people usually think cheap, unattractive and unexciting. When you think about the construction boom throughout the first decade of the millennium , Bulgaria wouldn’t top your list when thinking about beautiful architecture which subtly blends into the surrounding landscape whilst at the same time compliments the local environment without disturbing the views or nature.

Well, a new development currently under construction on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast does exactly that!

Paradise Club has been designed by the prestigious and award winning architects who designed the 5* Helena Resort in Sunny Beach and the 5* Emerald Resort in Ravda.

Luxury Property In Bulgaria – 5 star Paradise Club

The Luxury Property in Bulgaria  is a 5* star resort and consists of 80 luxury apartments which range from studios to larger two bedroom apartments.

The development is a very low-density development designed for the more up-market client. It offers privacy, seclusion, relaxation and exclusivity and is situated in what’s said to be the most beautiful area of the coast, (in-between Kiten and Lozenets) on ‘Camping Coral’.

There is an entire new ‘mini town’ being built and only 4 and 5 star resorts will be constructed. There are building restrictions in place which mean that no one may build higher than 4 floors, thus keeping everything in line with the surrounding trees. The views to the sea are absolutely spectacular and there is also a beautiful un-spoilt sandy beach in front of a line of trees which separates the plot from the sand dunes in front. In the opposite direction lies the Strandja mountain range which is also an incredible view!

Lozenets is regarded as the most popular resort for the wealthier Bulgarians and the more affluent clientele. The area is attracting very experienced architects and developers from Spain and France as the potential to develop this region is far greater than in other areas.

Plans for a new 18 hole golf course have been registered with the local Municipality and this would be located immediately adjacent to Paradise Club.

78% of the apartments have a spectacular view to the sea and the entire development is just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach in front. The total built-up area is 11,000 m2 but only 5,500 m2 (50%) equates to apartments. The remaining (50%) of the building functions as a boutique apart-hotel and has a list of private facilities including:-

•    A large negative edge split-level swimming pool complete with waterfalls, rockery and two pool bars
•    Beautifully landscaped elevated gardens
•    Heated indoor swimming pool
•    Spa centre including sauna and Jacuzzi
•    Massage room
•    Private changing rooms
•    Squash court
•    Gym
•    Cinema
•    Elegant reception area
•    Lobby bar and piano bar
•    A large restaurant with seating for 100 people inside and 80 people outside
